Hope of Glory Ministries Incorporated (HOGMI) was founded by President and Senior Pastor, Dr. Edward Chigaru on February 18, 2012.  Dr.Chigaru and his wife, Pastor Joan, are the senior pastors of the ministry.

As the President of the Ministry, Dr. Chigaru provides overall spiritual oversight of the ministry and oversee its administration. He also appoints the members of the ministry’s Executive Board. He is also the ministry’s chief spokesperson.

HOGMI is an assembly of believers in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ called for such a time as this to preach and demonstrate the full Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in word, deed, miracles, signs and wonders.

The ministry also works towards equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, bringing the body of Christ to maturity, empowering men and women with God’s Word and anointing thus making them relevant to their world.

In its messages and operations, the ministry seeks to bring to the saints into an awareness of who they are, what they can do and what they have in Christ. The ministry is also biased towards contributing massively to the evangelism of the world.

It is the desire of HOGMI to be involved in programs and endeavours aimed at making the world a better place.

Closer home, the ministry works towards helping every member find the purpose for their life, developing people in ministry leadership and excellence, establishing a vibrant ministry to cater for the upliftment of the poor, orphans and widows.

Membership of the ministry is open to everyone wishing to be part of the HOGMI family but there are they have to satisfy the conditions that they prove that they are born again through the confession of the Lordship of Jesus Christ and believe that God raised Him from the dead. They must have an explicit willingness to subscribe to the practices and beliefs of this ministry. They must also accept all duties, responsibilities and rights of members.

Attendance of ministry meetings and committed support of the vision, objectives, programs and activities of the ministry is also a requirement and they should be ready to support and partner with the ministry financially and materially. Ministry members receive the ministry of the Word of God, take part in all ministry activities.
